Homemade Biscotti from the High Country Inn Twice-baked biscotti are an Italian cookie, designed to dunk in your favorite beverage, be it coffee, chocolate, tea, or, as in Italy, a glass of wine! Made with real butter and the finest ingredients, we're told our biscotti are the most delicious to be found anywhere in the world! This was our sixth year of serving Linblad Cruise passengers our biscotti and fresh coffee as they travel along the famed Lewis and Clark historical route on a day trip away from their ship. We are kept busy shipping orders back home to them after they return and remember how good our biscotti was!
